Funik Superhard Materials: integrated production–sales digitalizationNamed client
Background
Funik (Zhengzhou, superhard tools/materials), a listed company, has large order volume and long process chains. Scheduling long relied on manual calculation by planners; sales had to ask around for delivery dates; international market development lacked a systematic playbook.
Focus
We deployed an AI auto-scheduling system and an international-market development workbench: scheduling, delivery commitment, customer progress lookup and international customer development — fully digitalized and integrated two-way with the shop-floor MES, with data synced in real time.
Result
2025 net profit up 140%; overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) up 20%. Supporting system: 4,300+ in-process orders and 114 machines scheduled in one click, delivery dates quoted online in seconds; AI generated a 100+ overseas distributor list and cold-email sequences in 18 languages.
