About

About

I have long served as the top leader in companies of different ownership, industries and stages — breaking deadlocks in complex situations, driving change, and turning methodology into executable operating actions.

Success takes some luck, but far more it takes long-term persistence, integrity in how you treat people and work, and the courage to face reality and own the outcome at decisive moments.

Ten years as a GE General Manager

As a General Manager within GE, I practiced strategy design and execution, brand building, and the landing of Lean and Six Sigma culture. As a GE Six Sigma Master Black Belt, this shaped my foundational understanding of process, metrics, organizational rhythm and management discipline.

Ten years as CEO of Goodbaby Group

As CEO in an environment interweaving manufacturing, brand, channel and international markets, I continuously faced real problems of growth, efficiency, quality, organizational capability and management alignment — and came to understand the pressure on entrepreneurs and top leaders more deeply.

Entrepreneurship and internationalization in the U.S.

Starting my own business in the U.S., I directly experienced market validation, customer development, team building, resource constraints and international business — first-hand insight into overseas markets, cross-cultural operations and the decision pressure founders face.

Cross-industry turnaround and organizational change

I have served and managed chemicals, electronics, lighting, power distribution, small appliances, robot vacuums, EVs, bicycles, baby products, lithium batteries, pharmaceuticals, hard drives and live-commerce — using the CAP change model, first principles and structured methods to break operating deadlocks.

I do not make decisions for the CEO, nor offer textbook answers detached from the shop floor. My work is to be an external peer with real operating experience — who has lived through repeated turnarounds and transformation pressure — helping the CEO see the problem clearly, tighten the logic, make the trade-offs, and follow through on the key actions.
