Account Deletion

How to delete

Choose either method:

• Self-serve (recommended): after logging into the Financial Analysis or Contract Review tool, tap "Delete account" in the bottom-left status bar; accounts on other tools can be deleted by email below.
• By email: from your registered email, send a message to info@cxodex.com with subject "Delete account". We will process and confirm within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Upon deletion we remove the personal and business data linked to the account, including email, company name, and records you created in that tool (e.g. resumes, orders, customers, interview and evaluation records).

Retention exceptions

To meet legal, financial or security-audit requirements, a very small amount of data may be retained in anonymized or restricted form for a period, then fully erased; it is no longer used for any business purpose.
