These terms govern your use of the CXODEX Service. By using it you accept these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides AI-assisted tools for operating diagnosis, scheduling, financial analysis, contract review, interviewing and international business development, plus related advisory content. Tool output is for reference and does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. You may not use the Service for unlawful, infringing or system-disrupting activity.

3. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated analysis, scores and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete; final decisions and responsibility rest with you.

4. Intellectual property

The Service's software, interface and content belong to CXODEX. You retain rights to data you upload and grant us the processing license necessary to provide the Service.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Some features may be paid, per the terms shown at purchase. For items bought through the App Store, refunds follow Apple's policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CXODEX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue features; we will try to give advance notice of material changes. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
