1. Information we collect

To provide the Service we may collect:

• Account information: email address, company name, name (some tools use a phone number as a backup verification method).
• Business data you upload or enter: e.g. resumes, contract text, financial statements, orders and customer information.
• Usage and device information: access logs, page views, approximate region, browser and device type (for our self-hosted anonymous analytics).

2. Local processing and no-upload commitment

For some tools (Financial Analysis, Contract Review), core analysis runs locally in your browser. The statements or contracts you upload are used only for that session and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Other tools (e.g. Interview, Scheduling) store necessary business data on the server to provide ongoing service.

3. How we use information

We use information only to:

• provide, maintain and improve the Service;
• analyze content you submit via AI models and return results;
• handle account verification, login and security;
• respond when you contact us.

4. Third parties and processors

To deliver features we may transfer necessary data to the following providers, solely for the corresponding purpose:

• AI model services (Zhipu GLM, Alibaba Qwen): process the text you submit and return analysis;
• Database hosting (Neon / PostgreSQL): store business data that must persist;
• Email service (Tencent Enterprise Email): send login verification codes and notices;
• Web analytics (self-hosted umami, data on our own servers; no third-party ad tracking).

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in Hong Kong, transmitted over HTTPS. We apply access control, token authentication and password hashing to protect your information, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

Account-related data is kept while your account is active. Resume-type data in tools such as Interview is retained for at most 365 days by default, then automatically deleted or scrubbed. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business operators, not for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
